Despite all the white meat hotness of Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum (which is a TOTALLY cool name), Iraq War film Stop Loss premiered in a disappointing 8th place at the box office this weekend.
Stop Loss brought in only $4.5 million, behind such future classics as Superhero Movie ($9.5 million), Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns ($7.8 million), and Drillbit Taylor ($5.8 million).
I think I'll wait for the DVD.
Yeah, I'm waiting for the DVD to show up on Netflix, which will likely take about 3 weeks.
ReplyDeleteMark :-)
The Bush War movies aren't doing that well, but I hoped this one would. I might have to go see it to help out. It's a message that needs to be heard.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love Ryan,he is a weakness of yours truly,I think I will wait for dvd also!!
