Tom and Lorenzo - the Project Rungay boys - quote an Entertainment Weekly article about Project Runway Season 5. They then read "between the lines", and their analysis is NOT comforting. Read the post here. Any thoughts?
I don't care WHAT happens, I just can't wait to see what kind of Tranny Messes are going to be on the show this time!!! Only 7 days to go...
I am so excited I cannot stand it. Although I am going on vacation for three weeks and I have to hope that my Tivo holds up under all the stress. I will check in while in NC (seeing the fam). 6 and 1/2 days now. Tivo Mom
ReplyDeleteI am so excited too! I am watching old re-uns right now with Jay and Kara Saun. I just can't wait!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope they don't screw up a good and entertaining thing. I hope it won't be a season of hot tranny messess trying to create a catch phrase.
ReplyDeleteThat's what bothers me. It's great the way it is, so why make all these changes. I agree that just going to LA wouldn't be too horrible but the combination with Lifetime could be. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be OK.
ReplyDeleteI am so, so, so excited... PR is one of my all time faves...
ReplyDeleteBTW - I love Beth's new husband - he is so darn adorable..
Kisses to you
I'm curious...is there a Mood in L.A.?
ReplyDeleteTimmy - As a matter of fact, Mood DOES have an LA branch.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to the new season, and think it is the designtestants that make the show, not the locale or guest judges.
ReplyDeleteTotally off-topic:
ReplyDeleteI thought about changing this avatar back to one that looks more like me, but this is my inner Dancing Flame/Auntie Mame and how I feel inside. So I'll stick with it a while longer.
I'm so behind. I might have missed the first show if I hadn't been pointed here by Beth. Thank goodness, I will get up and set the Tivo now.
ReplyDeleteJoy - that avatar is actually how I picture you in my head now - even though I've seen REAL pictures of you! :)
ReplyDeleteXOXOXO
OMG, I can't even bear to read the 'spoilers', cuz like you, I will be watching the fierce hot tranny messes up in there!!!
ReplyDeleteI
can't
wait.
Mark :-)
I'm looking forward to it as well, and I'm feeling kind of sad knowing it's leaving Bravo. It just doesn't seem right. There was an article in today's Chicago Tribune about the absence of promotion for this season, the theory being that they're not going to put a lot into promoting this season since it's a dying brand for them. I hope it goes out with a bang.
ReplyDeleteThank you, my dear David. There was a time ....
ReplyDeletexoxoxoxo
I'm in denial. Project Runway on Lifetime? I STILL can't wrap my tiny little brain around it.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, I cannot wait for the new season. The only sad part is Drama Queen still being at her Dad's house. I love watching it with her.
I can't wait! I'm scared that PR is moving the Lifetime though. I keep thinking that it will end up being like some bad Tori Spelling movie. Yikes!
ReplyDeletei am super-excited about PR if for no other reason than there is nothing else really good on right now... but besides that, let me concur w/ everything that the bros said in their blog. lifetime = hot tranny mess, and the show will go (i imagine) downhill. and let's face it: klum can say what she wants regarding the reason for the move, but you can tell Seal is a super-controlling, uber-insecure guy from the way she talks about him (notice anytime anyone interviewing heidi asks about what she thinks is sexy, or how she feels being a sex-symbol, the only thing she has to say is how much she luuuuuvs her some seal. like she's gonna catch a pimp slap if she even sneaks a glance elsewhere.) and i wouldn't doubt THAT had somet to do with it.
ReplyDeleteand can i also say that for some reason when i saw the first promos for the new season i had the crazy notion that it was going to be a reunion season (which is what everyone does when they are out of ideas/not invested... that or a celeb season).
