One of the Cheftestant apartments from Top Chef New York is for rent - for the low, low, price of $12,000 per month. Yes folks, even in a recession, and even in BROOKLYN, rents in New York City are friggin' ridiculous.

    I knew rent was high in NYC, but OMG!! And this isn't even in Manhattan! A tiny apartment would cost that there, wouldn't it?
