Convenient


Down in the financial district of lower Manhattan, the Federal Reserve (on the left) is located directly across the street from a branch of Chase Bank (right). Which means that when the bankers at Chase need more bailout money, all they have to do is walk across Maiden Lane with hat in hand.

And if I have my directions correct, the empty skyline between the two buildings is where the World Trade Center once stood.
