Drunken Dust Bunny Weekend has come to an end ... and I have a big case of the sads. This was such an incredible time spent with such an incredible group of friends - and I miss them already. In the picture above we have (from left to right) Mistress Maddie, Kailyn, Moi, Boy Ginger, Zombie Mom, and my bestest girlfriend TrannyBeth. And YES, there is a story behind Beth's head-to-toe makeover, but I don't have the time or energy to go into that now. I get to see my Beth one last time when I take her to the airport in a few hours ... and then I'll be REALLY sad.
I have a ton of pictures to go through - and every one of us had cameras - so the other bloggers will probably post pictures on their blogs also. Speaking of pictures, I would like to thank Howard for being my official photographer this weekend. The great thing about this was that I didn't have to stop drinking to take pictures. The bad thing about this was that there are hardly any pictures of Howard :(

I had the pleasure of seeing Mark In DE (below left) and his fabulous Spouse on Friday AND Saturday night. Their trip to NYC was the catalyst that started DDBW - and it was great seeing them again. They even brought me PRESENTS ... which I will show you in a future post.
Marker (below center - wearing black) threw the "Peace, Bitch!" symbol down in the subway on Saturday - along with members of his entourage. And that's Maddie's husband - The Boy Toy - on the left. The Boy Toy did a little blogging on his own before he arrived in NYC on Saturday...
Over the next few days/weeks, you'll be seeing many more pictures of this most fabulous of weekends. Whether you like it or not.
thanks for sharing and posting! how memorable, i'm sure. looking forward to more posts about DDBW.

Glad you had such a great time!! And I'm looking forward to the blogs and photos!
ReplyDeleteIndeed, a great time was had by all. And it was fun being behind the camera - that way there are less blackmail shots of me!
ReplyDeleteoh we likey all right!!!! why do I get the feeling we're all going to be SOOOOOO obnoxious with this trip and photos....sort of like those damn popular kids in school...talking about their fabulous weekend? Might be fun...I never got to be in that "clique"!!!!!
ReplyDeleteok, so I'm at the airport kiosk...looking at White Meat monday. I think homeland security will probably be paying me a visit in the near future.....and you should see the people walking by me...looking at the pretty boys!!!
jealous...but I'm glad y'all had fun.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you all had such a great time! I've always had a tendency to get a little sad at the end of a great weekend, or a great time. I've slowly gotten better about that, but it's still sad when you have to say goodbye (for now!) to your loved ones. XOXO Beth
ReplyDeleteNext DDBW Shirlsd and I are road trippin' and I don't care if she lives on the left coast!
ReplyDeleteI was soooo sad to leave on Sunday, and not just because LaGuardia is a pit! (Why didn't I fly through Newark?!)
ReplyDeleteI miss all the Bunnies already so much!!!!
When can we plan a BunnyFest in Texas? Any time is good with me, and I PROMISE Miss Ginger will be there in person!!!
David, thank you for organizing the event - I'm glad I could be there.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it will hurt my DDBW Street Cred to admit that I don't remember that photo being taken!
xoxo

Back home and missing my time in NYC so much. Time to start planning the next meeting. And I don't want to wait another year. Maddie and the Boy Toy will be in SF in August. Who else can make it?
ReplyDeleteOMG, what FUN WE HAD!! Seriously, it was so great to meet the other Dust Bunnies, with whom we formed an instant bond. As expected, David Darling, you were an amazing host - AND - the reason we all came. To NYC, I mean. ;-)
