Project "Run Away and Join the Circus"

Tonight's episode of Project Runway has a circus theme - which I'm sure just THRILLED Nina Garcia.  As entertaining as this sounds, I unfortunately won't be recapping this week due to work and personal obligations.  A discussion post will be put up tomorrow morning for anyone who wants to vent.

BTW - did anyone watch the finale of Shear Genius and the premiere of Top Chef Masters last night on Bravo?  What did you think?

  1. We hopes they have a hot ringmaster...
We watched both SG and TCM. Kind of glad Brig won. She worked hard enough for it to be a mistake to ever eliminate her.
TCM is the staid, mature version of TC, let's hear it for the grownups (and I miss the outrageous youngsters!)

  2. I watched both... As I'a a huge reality show freak :D
Shear Genius would have been a pretty boring season without Brig. I love her - she's crazy, but very very likable for me.
Top chef masters - great start I think. Some interesting dishes, some interesting people. Hope it continues this way.
Does anyone know when top chef pastry is coming up? Would love to see more of Gale! :)

  3. Masters is off to a good start. They had two gay chefs competing last night and one of them won. The elimination challenge had the chefs working as teams to make a romantic dinner duo for couples on their first date.

Here they also featured a gay couple but the funniest thing for me was watching this beautiful woman of color, beautifully dressed and seemingly intelligent and with a personality being on a date with this guy who looked like he had just emerged from playing World of Warcraft in his parent's basement. His hair was a mess, he was wearing a plaid shirt in need of ironing and was very geeky but not in a sexy, hot geeky way.
