DON'T MESS!  A crazed Otter is terrorizing Boca Raton, Florida - attacking 3 people in the past two days. One kid - 19-year-old cutie William Gibbons - happened to be outside, filming otters with his cell phone (??), and recorded his run-in with the angry animal ...

    when I heard this boy scream like a girl...well, I almost peed my pants. and after 5 kids, that's not hard to do, if ya know what I mean. :)
