According to NYC The Blog, Calvin Tran's NYC Boutique has been seized:

The City Marshal has shut down the Calvin Tran boutique at 246 Mulberry Street in Nolita. A successful designer, Tran was on Bravo's latest season of The Fashion Show. [...] The Marshall's notice, dated March 18, is likely due to non-payment of rent. A call to the boutique leads to the voice mail for "Jim Martin."
