A Rare Trip To Nirvana

I had a HELLUVA hectic week, so yesterday after work I took the M train to the very last stop, Metropolitan Ave/Middle Village. And after a short walk (past a huge cemetery - CREEPY), I came upon my "happy place"...

Oh yeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhh ... delicious roast beef and curly fries. Just what the doctor ordered told me to avoid:

Not Pictured: My (rather large) "To Go" bag

Speaking of "going", the trip home to my apartment took almost an hour (25 subway stops!) - but it was SO worth it.

And I even haz sum leftoverz 4 NOMing on Caturday!

  2. I worked at Arby's in my youth. The slop we sent across the counter was nothing compared to what me made for ourselves, or someone we knew. You really haven't seen Nirvana yet.

I would go home every night reeking of roast beef. And no doubt you could taste it on my skin. Would that be an aphrodisiac?

  3. Darling DustBunny Mark:

Either an aphrodisiac, or an excuse for cannibalism ... depending on how hungry I was :)

  5. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is a little indulgence. You don't eat it every day, and you gave yourself a treat after a craptastic week. I say go for it!
