If "You Are What You Eat" ...

... then I are a watermelon. BTW - I've lost 8 lbs since Monday :)

And don't forget, the 'Not-So-Fluffy Bunny Project' officially begins on Monday.

  1. I would be your little cabbage-kins.
Go thru two a week. I'm working on my goals and took to heart what one poster said about a couple of goals instead of a huge laundry list.

Congrats on your 8 lbs. Men always lose weight faster than women. It is NOT fair!! I can understand Mother Nature wanting us to have a reserve of fat to nurse babies but GB is almost 22 years old now...

  2. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water!

I dusted off the scale & I switched to black coffee this morning....

  3. Yay! I lost 1.8 this week, but to be truthful, I've only been paying attention since yesterday. Here's to being significantly less fluffy!

  4. What @froggy said! Not fair but I'm really happy for you. Those first pounds are always so exciting. Here's to many, many more for you and for all of us fluffy bunnies.

  5. i haven't noticed a weight loss yet but i am learning to enjoy the taste of foods with different ingredients than i usually use (ok, so i am not putting cheese on every starchy/ eggy thing i eat). i have been exercising about an hour per day between jogging and walking with t. and the puppy so that's a goal, and i've been accurate in recording my points- even found a 'legal' taco bell item- fresco chicken taco!
from the sound of it many of us are gonna be making our goals for the first report!!!! go team us!!!!
