This is going to be brief because I’m in the weeds at work. Great job to Craig and Miss A this week! As for Moi, after a strong start I can sum up my week with these words:
“Grilled Vermont Cheddar & Gorgonzola Cheese Sandwiches on 7-Grain Bread”.
It COULDN'T have been the Vermont Cabot cheese!!! DAMN YOU GORGONZOLA!!

I have lost 18.5 lbs since i began my calorie counting on July 1. Its a little faster than I meant to lose, so i am hoping I plateau a bit, i don't want to risk ending up like a shar pei.

Not only was it the twins birthday it seemed to be the birthday WEEK. Cakes kept arriving. I'm happy to say a bunch of cupcakes got moldy!!
