Yesterday I Had A ...


... BAD day. However I did manage to walk 1 1/2 miles again.

I'm afraid that I'm not being much of a healthy living inspiration, and for that I apologize.

  5. I purposely had a bad day yesterday. That's right. I knew I was going out to cheap Mexican for lunch with my coworker and so I thought "what the hell." In most diet plans - Body for Life for example - allows you one "free" day. So don't think of it as "bad" think of it as "free." And friend you ARE an inspiration!

  7. That you got out and walked IS a big thing David. I have my challenging days myself, and always have had them. But getting after it when I do is what matters the most, at least to me.

    Being able to admit this is a sign of strength. It is also a signal of how much you want to be fitter and healthier. You will get there, just don't quit!!
