Ralph Macchio Is Still Cute ...


... but apparently Ralph Macchio, 48, is just a little too clean-cut for today's Hollywood.  So he's changing his image and plotting a comeback - look for a cameo by my sister-in-my-head Molly Ringwald:

    Yep, he was in My Cousin Vinny - but his most famous role was The Karate Kid.
