"If there is a gay uniform, the differences are in how each man coordinates the details: the brand and cut of the jeans, the design of belts and boots, the haircut, the number and size of earrings."

The Number Of The Beast

666 = the number of followers I have (as of 2:00 pm on 11/30/11). This can't be good...

UPDATE #1: Thank you to follower #667 - I feel much better now :)

UPDATE #2: Back down to 666 (12:40 am on 12/1). I'm doomed...again.

The Dreaded Food Journal

As per the Nutrionist, I'm supposed to write down every morsel I eat - along with how hungry I was before/after eating, where/when I ate it, etc. She actually gave me this assignment two weeks ago, but I ended up only logging the "good stuff" I was eating. Needless to say, the "3 Regular Roast Beefs for $5" special at Arby's never made it onto my journal.

So now I've promised to log everything: the good, the bad, and the greasy. Oy.

All We Are Saying ...

... is give peace a chance.

"Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding".

... Albert Einstein

Longtime members of the BunnyNation will recognize the sideways "peace sign" as the international DustBunny greeting.

Back To Work

After a week in beautiful Central Pennsylvania, it's back to the old grind today. And to make today even more miserable - I'm scheduled to see the Nutritionist this morning and get myself weighed.

Today ain't gonna be pretty...

Wrestling Singlet

From Wikipedia:
A wrestling singlet (or simply singlet) is a one-piece, tight-fitting, colored uniform, usually made of spandex, lycra, or nylon, used in amateur wrestling. The uniform is tight fitting so as not to get grasped accidentally by one's opponent, and allows the referee to see each wrestler's body clearly when awarding points or a pin.
