Fun With Google
If you go to Google and type in "Google gravity," then hit "I'm feeling lucky," the screen will literally fall to the bottom due to a "lack of gravity."

I Think I Joined Google+
But of course I have no idea what the hell you do with it. Kayce sent me an email with a link, and before I knew it I was signed up (I think). That's probably for the best, since I'm not a big fan of BookFace - so I'm sure I'll hate Google+ also. Anyone else signed up??
BTW - "Google Plus" sounds too much like Google for fat people. Is all I'm sayin'.
UPDATE: Based on the comments so far, apparently this was a coveted, by-invitation-only thing - in order to test Google+ (or something). Well, they're gonna hate me - because I've been a member now for a week or so and haven't done a damn thing with it. Oh well...

Google Buys Entire NYC Block - Pays Cash
Google has reportedly closed the deal to purchase the Art Deco 111 8th Avenue - once a freight terminal for the Port Authority and now the third largest office building in NYC. It is located at the prime spot where the fashionable Meatpacking District, Chelsea and the West Village come together and it takes up an entire city block.
Google, who already has offices in the building, will take ownership on Wednesday - after ponying up a reported 1.9 BILLION (with a "B") IN CASH.
In the immortal words of Mel Brooks in History of the World, Part I ... "It's good to be the King".

Google Fun

I'm obsessed with my Feedjit thingy (located at the bottom of my right sidebar). Feedjit tells you where visitors to your blog are physically located, what website they came from, and where they go when they leave. It will also tell you if someone got to your blog as a result of a Google search - and if so, what they were searching for.
Yesterday, someone from Hixon, TN found DavidDust by Googling the following:
why is it that new members at tmobile get a new phone but people who have been with get a stupid discount that aint nothingI cut and pasted that bitch EXACTLY, because it cracked me up! They ended up on THIS post about my new (free!) phone. Speaking of my new phone, I still don't know how to use the MP3 thing, but the radio is FIERCE!

When I was looking for pictures to accompany this post, I found the above. Go ahead, follow the instructions and see what happens. Google is funny!

Franky G Will Bring Us Good Luck
Bitches - I'm bringing out the big guns for Obama today! Franky G is my absolute favorite papi in the world (spotting him on the street was one of the biggest days of my life). In fact, do a Google image search of "Franky G" and see how many DavidDust entries you find. Seriously - it's hysterical.
Anywhoo - I'm posting some of the best pics of Franky G today for good luck. Give him a little rub before you go out and vote.
Franky G would never let us down...

Supporting The Gays And Gay Marriage

Ellen Degeneres recently gave Californians a reason to vote against California's Proposition 8 - she doesn't want to return her wedding gifts (she really LOVES her new toaster). Read her funny statement HERE.
Google came out against Prop 8 last week (read HERE), and Levi's chipped in $25,000 toward the cause (HERE).
Pepsi just donated a whopping $500,000 to PFLAG - Parents Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays - which works to strengthen the bond between the gay community and our straight allies.
Please go HERE for more information on the VOTE NO ON PROP 8 movement (especially if you live in California). I also urge all Dust Bunny Bloggers to get the word out on their blogs.
