Remember last week when I posted that the Steve & Barry's clothing chain had filed for bankruptcy and may close? Well, I visited the Manhattan branch that evening (and again last night), and so far everything seems normal. Last week I purchased a black windbreaker, a Starbury basketball tank top, and a pair of Starbury high-top sneakers (pictured below). Total price = $26.85. Now THAT'S my idea of a bargain.

Okay, I have got to find a Steve & Barry's because they have some great prices on clothing.
Wow. I hope they're still around the next time I make it to NYC (hopefully in the fall), because "bargain" is an understatement.
Dayum, you IZ a bargain bitch! Good for you!
Mark :-)
Thanks for the update. I need to hit the mall.
My Dad hates shopping so I buy him stuff from Steve & Barry's all the time. And clearance stuff from Old Navy- I get some really good deals.
Wow! What a deal!
I checked and there is one in Nashville but at a mall they're closing. I'll check to see if they are still in business and having a sale.
that's so wierd!! I'm sitting here watching PR and they are showing the episode of Sarah Jessica Parker and her challenge for her Bitten line...sold at S&B!!!
I love that store! :(
