Lost In One Tweet
Six seasons of Lost - with too many twists and turns to even mention - boiled down into 140 characters.
Sounds about right...

Lost - Still Some Unanswered Questions
Wow, the producers of Lost really DID make a bunch of stuff up without explaining it later...

Lost - ????
Last night's series finale of Lost was extremely satisfying for me. It was great to see all the old characters again - and even Vincent (the dog). But the very end COMPLETELY baffled me. Was everybody dead (or just Jack)? How did everyone know to go to the church? And why didn't Ben go inside?
Normally I rely on Tom and Lorenzo for their Lost recaps, but at the end of the finale they tweeted: "WHAT.THE.HELL?" - so maybe they don't have answers either. UPDATE: Tom and Lorenzo actually EXPLAIN THINGS BEAUTIFULLY this morning.

Lost - Across The Sea
Did anyone see this week's episode of Lost? What did you think?
Seeing Allison Janney playing a violent "Mother Earth" (or whatever) was a little bit unnerving. Janney will always be White House Press Secretary C.J. Craig from the West Wing to me - so seeing her killing people while wearing a bad wig was a little weird. I kept expecting Toby or Leo to come in and yell at her.
I guess it was good to get the backstory on Jacob and his brother (who STILL doesn't have a name) - but the supernatural, almost Lord of the Rings-ishness of the episode just felt a little "off".
What did you all think?...

Last Night On Television...
Did anyone watch Lost last night? OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!
I can't believe they actually gave us some answers! Those WERE answers, right?!?...
Right?!?!
I also watched some of the Olympic Men's Figure Skating short program. But I wanted to hurl ever time the announcers salivated over "hard-working athlete" Evan Lysacek (AKA "straight"), while dismissing Johnny Weir's "flamboyance" (AKA "gay"). Note to Men's Figure Skating: it may be a little difficult to "butch-up" the sport when your athletes look like THIS ...
Werq!!! Also, to further "de-gay" Men's Figure Skating, you might want to stop playing The Scissor Sisters in the arena between performances. Just saying.
Anyclosetcase, I had to throw away away my Gaydar after it burst into flames when Evan tip-toed onto the ice wearing his "Big Bird Gone Bad" outfit...
Glamour! Drama!! Masculinity???... Give me a break. Evan Lysacek is gayer than a wicker basket full of tiaras in Richard Simmons' Sunroom. There, I said it...
Dust Bunny Marker discusses the "gay" figure skating issue in more depth HERE. What did YOU watch last night?

Did Anyone Watch Lost Last Night?
I spent 3 hours watching Lost last night, and my head STILL hurts. I watched the one-hour "recap" show, followed by the 2-hour season premiere. And I still have no clue what's going on.
Does John Locke = The Smoke Monster = The Devil???? I am so confused.
Here was Joe.My.God's "recap" of last night's show:
Hydrogen bomb. Time travel. Satan. Smoke Monster. Death by impaling. Body switching. Gunshot. Gunshot. Magic sand. Alternate universe. More Satan. Magic water. Resurrection. Satan.
I welcome any and all explanations...

"Lost" Returns Tonight

The new season of Lost premieres tonight on ABC – and I have mixed feelings about it. I have watched the show since the beginning, but instead of answering the many, many questions about what the HELL is happening on the island, the producers seem to just create more riddles with every episode.
It’s getting SO complicated, that last night they repeated last season’s finale – with additional written commentary shown on the screen during the action. These “subtitles” were literally there to help us figure out what the fuck was going on. It didn't help much.
I’m sorry, but any television show that requires a syllabus, study guide, and Cliff Notes MIGHT just be getting TOO complicated!
But I’ll probably watch anyway…
