Congrats to PostSecret for winning "Best Blog", and to Joe My God for winning "Best LGBT Blog" at this year's Weblog Awards in Las Vegas. These are two of my favorites, and both deserve recognition.

PostSecret

Many (if not most) people familiar with the internet/blogs/etc. already know about PostSecret. It is an art project in the form of a blog, in which 20 anonymous postcards are posted each week. The postcards have various secrets on them - regarding sexual indiscretions, simple dislikes, suicide attempts, or even crimes.

Because of the anonymous nature of the blog, there is no way of telling what is true and what isn't, but some of the "secrets" are extremely moving. I have been brought to tears on more than one occasion by some of them.

The site is updated every Sunday with approximately 20 new postcards...check it out.
