Like Romeo & Juliet - Only Gayer and With Broken Bones

Valentine's Day romance - it's a beautiful thing, right? Yeah ... not so much.

Yesterday, 23 year-old Miguel Angel De La Torre decided to surprise his boyfriend on Valentine's evening by crawling up the fire escape of his boyfriend's building. Awwwwwwww...

Well, it turns out that the 43-year-old man who lived in the building was Miguel's EX-boyfriend - and had taken out a restraining order against the younger man. But don't worry, the two former lovebirds never got face to face - Miguel ended up slipping from the fire escape on the third floor and fell all the way to the ground. He is now in the hospital with broken vertebrae.

That is some Melissa Etheridge "Come To My Window" shizz right there!! Dear Miguel - you wouldn't need to crawl up MY fire escape - I'd buzz you right on up. Call me!
