A Message From Mama Bunny...

My dear mother wanted to leave a comment on my Project Runway recap, but couldn't remember how to sign into her Google account (God love her!). This is a reminder to EVERYONE - I allow "anonymous" comments, and you can also comment and then click "Name/URL" and type any old name you'd like. Remember that Mom!!!

Anywhoo, here is what the crazy woman who brought me into this world wrote (she emailed it to me instead):

As Your Real Mother (with capital letters) I just want to know who is posting as "your mother". I will take that bitch out for claiming to be maternally related to you. I didn't go through all those hours and hours and hours of hard labor to allow some wanabee mama to claim you!

Your finaly PR recap was wonderful -- I'm just so proud of my baby bunny!

Meanwhile, isn't there something on HGTV you could recap? I watch that channel more than Bravo and I know there are lots of nice looking gay men on that channel too. Who doesn't love a tranny with a tool belt?

Or how about "Lockdown" -- all those men behind bars. hmmmmmmm...

Nurse David has retired...

Mom is doing great, so I will be heading back to NYC tomorrow. I will probably take it easy this weekend, and regular posting will resume on Tuesday.

Mom: Stay Out Of My Stash!

My Mom spoke to her doctor today, and she is officially cancer-free! She's doing really great here at home, and so far has been pretty low-maintenance. I'll probably be able to go back to NYC on Saturday.

Not My Mom's Doctor...

Mom is doing great - she was discharged from the hospital this morning and is home. Let the bell-ringing begin!

My Mother - The Hall Walker

I went to see Mom this morning, and I panicked when I entered her room and her bed was empty. It turns out Miss Thang was WALKING the halls for the first time. She was so pleased with herself. I must say it was a HUGE improvement in just 24 hours.

I told her that as soon as they get you walking, they start preparing your discharge papers. Her hospital stay will probably be over soon, and that's when my real work begins.

And by the way, she really DOES have a bell to ring when she needs me. This outta be fun...

Greetings From Central Pennsylvania...

Mom is doing OK - she'll be in the hospital for a few more days. I visited her once this morning, and once this evening. Right now it's a big project to get her out of bed and into a chair for an hour or so. Baby steps I guess...

Nurse David...

Tomorrow morning I'm heading back to Pennsylvania to play "nurse". My mother's operation went fine yesterday, and I've taken next week off to help my Stepfather take care of her.

My brother said Mom has already gotten a bell to "summon" me - I REALLY hope he was kidding...
