Afternoon Annie Lennox Break - Honestly
One of my all-time favorite CD's is Annie Lennox's Bare (above) - probably because its heart-wrenching tracks were the perfect accompaniment to my life at the time. Back then I was dealing with a horrible job and an insane boss (literally) - as well as a "love interest" who was in-and-out of prison, straight, and an addict.
This song, Honestly, was/is a favorite of mine - the lyrics a reminder of a place I NEVER want to go back to:

What I'm Listening To...

Annie Lennox - Songs of Mass Destruction. Annie is amazing. I have loved her forever. Her latest CD came out a few months ago, but I'm just getting around to listening to it now.
And YES biatches, I said CD! I don't own an IPOD thingy, so I still listen to my Sony Discman when I'm walking the streets or on the subway. And right now I'm using headphones (yes biatches, HEADPHONES - not earbuds!!) from the friggin DOLLAR STORE. I am OLD SCHOOL...
