I've never much cared for Kohl's - mostly because they don't carry the "Big Boy" sizes I wear these days. But then came ANOTHER reason to dislike the store: they decided to use that horrible Rebecca Black song to promote their Black Friday sale. Which is just WRONG ...

That's awful! She cuts off an older woman, puts her hand in her face, steals from another cart, sings about how she stayed in line thru Thanksgiving. What amount of crap is worth all that? Kohl's does not think much of their customers.
Well. I hate to bring a hot turd to the party but Kohls could teach the big retailers a thing about customer service. They have deals galore plus if you gotta a problem they will let you return it. Hell you don't even need the tags. I took a pair of shoes back with no sales receipt and they gave me my $50 back only for me to find the ticket later that showed I bought them elsewhere.
Overpriced and snooty to boot. And to use that crappy song while showing her acting like an ass? They can keep their crap.
i think they are overpriced as well, the only time worth going is when they have the after xmas sales and you get real discounts, not that black friday teaser shit.

Tug- it's 2011- you don't need a receipt anywhere- all the stores have satellite surveillance records of all your purchases!
And DD; wait til you see our Black Friday commercial- you just THINK the one from Kohl's is annoying!
I have to agree with everything that has been said, and yet I love that store! I guess depends on where you live too David. The Kohl's in Colonial Park will often carry larger sizes albeit you often gotta hunt for it....
The Target bitch is even more annoying, imho.
