Burger King is rolling out new French Fries today - and they'd like you to try them. All you gotta do is roll into any BK and ask politely, and they'll hand you a free order of French Fries. God Bless America.

However, I won't be participating - because I haven't set foot in a Fast Food restaurant in about 3 weeks. Yes, seeing a Nutritionist seems to be working - and I've even lost a few pounds.

So no free fries for me - but feel free to indulge on my behalf.

Great news! Seems like we aren't the only people loving on Gene Dante & the Future Starlets. They have been racking up great reviews for the release of the new CD, The Romantic Lead. Thanks to OmniRox Entertainment and Noel at SideCho, I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of the CD. The 11 songs now on my iPod, serenading me with the bristling guitar of Purity of Intent, the relentless bass line of The Starlet Hits The Wall, or the soulful storytelling of Brian, My Darling, this is an album that keeps on giving. The searching ballad The Dreamers is sweet, but it gears back up with the driving vocals on This Is The Closing. Yes, something new each time you turn around. And don't forget Madness To His Method and C Star, whose videos you have checked out in a previous post.

I love the website/blog Queer In My Soup - and I usually check it out regularly. But in the midst of my recent drama, I somehow missed their COUPON FOR A FREE ARBY'S 'ROAST BURGER' SANDWICH. Talk about slacking...

Inauguration Headcount & FREE HISTORIC STUFF!

The Washington, D.C. police say that 1.8 million people attended (or attempted to attend) the Inauguration of President Obama. Other estimates vary, but whatever the number actually was, it was a HUGE crowd.
