The west side of 9th Avenue, between 52nd and 53rd Streets, is the block I live on. Here are some of my neighbors...
Keep in mind, that's SEVEN restaurants on my one block (and they all deliver) - so THIS should come as no surprise to anyone ...

No Chinese take-out...What the Hell?
Jimmy -
"Mee" is Chinese take-out. One of about 50 in my neighborhood.
XOXOXOXO
I've been to Lasagna Ristorante on 8th in Chelsea; I wasn't aware of other locations. Good to know!! I live for their sausage & onion lasagna whenever I visit NYC.
I, too, am ready for winter. (sigh)
Great to have all these places so close! I have several by me too. I also have a Target right across the street. That can be dangerous!
No KFC??? Just kidding - I am not a big fan of take out - but sometimes I am in the mood for it!
I have the Boom Boom Room around the corner!!! http://www.theboomboomroomhouston.com/
Someone should put an Arby's franchise on your block... they would make a fortune!
thats what I love about NYC...so many places to get good food! adn they deliver at 3am!!!
I think you're FABULOUS the way you are Tranny....honest.
LOVE YOU!
XOXOXOXo
I've never had Afghan food. Does it come with a side of black tar heroin? LOL I love the squirrel picture at the end! XOXO Beth
Duh, how'd I miss that? I saw BBQ and immediately thought "soul food". So....WTF, no soul food take-out?
Well, you sure don't have to go far when you don't feel like cooking! :-)
Well, looks like I'm living on another planet 'cause I only got PizzaHut nearby =(
I miss chinese food!!
I missed this one...your apt must be continually assaulted with restaurant smells. Do they all come together into something pleasant? do you try to get alternate aromas where you actually live?
xoxo Charlie
