The Dreaded Food Journal


As per the Nutrionist, I'm supposed to write down every morsel I eat - along with how hungry I was before/after eating, where/when I ate it, etc. She actually gave me this assignment two weeks ago, but I ended up only logging the "good stuff" I was eating. Needless to say, the "3 Regular Roast Beefs for $5" special at Arby's never made it onto my journal.

So now I've promised to log everything: the good, the bad, and the greasy. Oy.

i had to do this for ww- it was a pain but it made me think not so much about what i was eating but why i was eating.

God love ya, sistah- I stopped writing shit down by about the 3rd meal. Then I ate the notebook.

Not bad with a little mayo. Good source of fiber.
