I Need To Hit The Gym


I have been out of control these past two days - I stress-ate on Election Day, and yesterday I helped cure my hangover with McDonald's. Twice. Today I will get back on track - but what I really should do is go to the gym.

MMMMM McDonald's. The only thing I have had from Mickey D's is the Yogurt Fruit Parfait. But the fries smelled sooooo good.

I wouldn't get a thing done if I went to that gym lol.

seriously, I really need to start doing someting...I' the heaviest I've ever been, I've always had hips and a butt, but now I'm starting to get a belly, and I don't like it!!! But I'm SO damn lazy when it comes to exercise...i HATE it. I need something that's FUN to keep me interested...and my eating? OH LORD...help me!!! It's been WHACKED since August!!! I gotta do it!!!

What Dan said!! I ain't never seen nobody like that at my gym. Just a lot of obnoxious NU med and law school students in their undergraduate/frat/sorority T-shirts talking to each other. One time 3 med students spent the entire hour I was with my trainer clustered around the same machine talking . . . and don't even get me started on their cell phone use.

Oh, wait - this isn't the Marc complains about his gym post? Ooops.

I've SO been there, David. McDonald's is wonderful hangover food (so I've heard), but then you have the added guilt of the McDonald's calories on top of the booze calories.

OMG I SO want to work out with and get worked over by #1. I also want to look like him, but that's a ways away . . . hey, it's a goal.

Whether it's the gym or a special brisk walk followed by 30 minutes of stretching --get to it!

P.S. And yes, I've seen guys like that at the gym. They leave the equipment sweaty, never seem to have jobs --alas, no appeal at all.

Man, do I need some tag-team, um, training (yeah, that's the ticket) but the first and last guys. Goodness!

And, yeah, I just had McDonald's for lunch yesterday. UGH! Feels gross after eating it! And sometimes during. Hahah.

If you see guys like THAT at your gym, why not move in? You could save your rent money by just living at the gym and being surrounded by hot muscle hunks all the time.
