psh. its not your job to practice perfection. your job is to do the best you can :) that will inspire all on its own.
I purposely had a bad day yesterday. That's right. I knew I was going out to cheap Mexican for lunch with my coworker and so I thought "what the hell." In most diet plans - Body for Life for example - allows you one "free" day. So don't think of it as "bad" think of it as "free." And friend you ARE an inspiration!

Yes, you are an inspiration. We're all struggling with this.
That you got out and walked IS a big thing David. I have my challenging days myself, and always have had them. But getting after it when I do is what matters the most, at least to me.
Being able to admit this is a sign of strength. It is also a signal of how much you want to be fitter and healthier. You will get there, just don't quit!!
