Dreamlover by Mariah Carey was a just another bland-ish pop song from 1993 until DJ David Morales (above) did a remix and put his stank on it. I remember rushing onto the Roxy dance floor every time this song came on - and sometimes the DJ's (including the sexy Mr. Morales himself) would play this remix continuously for what seemed like hours. Much to our delight, btw.

Ohhhhhhh I used to dance my ass off to this one too girl! Me really likee this one!
I remember the VERY first time i heard this mix! A bunch of us were at Zone DK (remember that place) and this began to play and I was transfixed and transformed.
Before this mix, I could not listen to the original, so sickly sweet w/all the vocal gymnastics silliness. I heard what Mr. Morales created and my life was changed!
Still listen to it at least once a week.

Seems funny, Hoya86, that you found the vocal gymnastics silly in the original when this remix, actually all the remixes by David Morales, have New more "gymnastic" vocals. A lot more adlibs and high notes too... Just saying.
