Time Warner Cable Sucks ASS!


I am SO pissed at Time Warner Cable right now. My internet connection (Roadrunner) has been out since Tuesday – I have an appointment for them to fix it this Tuesday (that’s ONE WHOLE WEEK) without internet access in my apartment.

Yesterday there were some Time Warner repairmen in my building fixing someone else’s internet connection. In doing so, they somehow knocked out my cable TELEVISION. Yes, that’s right – no internet AND no TV!

I called Time Warner Customer “Service” to see if it was possible to move my appointment up to MONDAY, since it was THEIR fault that I now have no TV. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone yesterday, and got NOWHERE!

Bitch #1 – Was EVIL and hung up on my ass.

Bitch #2 – Was as nice as pie, and after listening to my story, said she would put me in touch with a supervisor. After being on hold for 40 minutes (I timed it on my cell phone), I got disconnected.

Bitch #3 – Again, nice as pie. Told be she COULD get me a Monday appointment, but I needed to be in my apartment between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to wait for the technician. I told her there was NO WAY I was going to miss a day of work to wait for the cable guy. She said she felt sorry for constantly putting me on hold, and said she would speak to a supervisor and call me back. I can’t believe I fell for it. Needless to say, the skanky BEEYOTCH never called me back.

I HATE TIME WARNER CABLE!



Note: You all better HOPE I get my cable back before Wednesday…if I DON’T, there won’t be any Top Chef Recap this week!

This is HORRIBLE! Those people are so independent about service but will they deduct this outage from your bill? They should. Bastards!

Sfoofie - Holy Crap!! I didn't even think about that. The Cable Police are after me - help!!!!!

Joy - TRUST ME, they are going to be doing A LOT of deducting from the cable bill!

i soo feel for you!
We have subscribed to the Extreme feature, yielding 10 mbps… at least on paper. In reality, we have had an extremely unreliable connection paired with Time Warner’s abysmal support. Dealing with them is such a mind numbing experience words can’t describe the incompetence of their staff. To make matters even worse, we are not talking about a company in business to rip its customers off, like Verizon, but rather a genuine failure at almost every level of support.

Mark - every once in a while they DO send over a hot Papi.

But I will be happy if they send over the fugliest person in the world - as long as he/she can get me up and running again!

If your like me tootes,it probley drove you to drink,so by my calulations they owe you at least a bottle of Limon!!And if a hot papi comes to repair the problem you can take it out on his ass!

aaahhaha! I was just getting really frustrated because my internet has been slow slow the last couple days (as it always is every few weeks!) and in a moment of pissed-off-ness i googled "why does time warned suck ass" an ur titled pop'd up....made me a little less pissed.

Well…..This is why everyone hates Time Warner. I posted an ad on Craigslist and a Time Warner employee responded. These are his words sent from his TW email account..” guys like you fuck it up for the rest of us who actually PAY for our cable…don’t be an ass…do it right and pay your fee every month like the rest of us do!!!” Then he goes on to say “Ohhh well cant say I didn’t try to warn you…lol once a felon always a felon I guess…bet you’re a welfare cheater too hmmmmm food stamps fpr cash and all that??? Or do you just whore yourself out on the street corner for nasty old guys who want dick???? If you actually have one that is….” All this from his work email mail account. After I cut and pasted every name from the Executive Management Team and informed him that I was going to forward every email to each and every person on that list, this is what I got “Actually I know when im beat..what can I say..you win”. And when I CC him in on a few emails that I had forwarded I got this “Ok I have apologized what more do you want I will be lucky to make it through the day…” and “Again I apologize you have won…I am gone thanks” Then I replied “maybe I should forward these emails too? Look, next time you decide to mess with someone you don’t know maybe you will think about it! I only started CC you in on half of the emails that I forward to every Time Warner Executive Management person. THINK DUDE!!!!! Your work email!!!! and I’m the dumb ass? who’s the ass now? Have a great day! or not!” and got this in response “I do appologise..you are right” All this on company time. maybe this is why Time Warner Customer Service is so bad! They are all on Craigslist answering ad’s on company time.
And This is why I hate Time Warner!!!!!
After I forward this to every Executive Manager do you think I got a response. Not a one!!!!!! They don’t care!

I've heard some really bad things about Time Warner Cable and although I've never had the company, I've had more than my fair share of cable companies. I've had two in the past up until I started working at DISH Network. I decided to try out their service and I've been happy every since!
