lol. two things.
one. he is not wearing any pants. THE DUDE and i had a car conversation about why they have signs at 7-11, cvs, etc about having to have shirts and pants for service, but no pants. we thought it would be a good thing to get a bunch of people to test what would happen if no one was wearing pants ala flash mob to see if somehow 'pants' would then also have to become a required article of clothing as posted on a sign.
