You can put this one in the "WTF?" file: Puerto Rican Reggaeton star Daddy Yankee endorsed John McCain at an event in Phoenix on Monday. Does John McCain have any idea who Daddy Yankee is?
Regardless, Daddy Yankee - a former Daddy of the Day - is no longer a "Daddy" in my book.

What I found interesting is that after the article I read about his choice, the comments people made cracked me up. The article implies that if Daddy Yankee's influence is what they think it is, McCain just got a big boost, except that the commenters (as of yesterday) were not havin' it!
i saw today on perez that he originally approached obama about an endorsement, but was turned down, so he went to the mccain camp. mccain needs all the help w/ non-whites he can get, i guess, tho like @sailoralphacentauri, i can't imagine his ass is much help...
considering his music, tho, this would be like obama using the ying yang twins to endorse him, LOLz.

I'm sure the entire political world was breathlessly awaiting the endorsement decision of this important political icon, Daddy Yankee.
This is a serious, possibly fatal blow to the Obama campaign. Unless, of course, he can somehow shore up the support of Ivy Queen and Wilson & Yandel.
After reading his explanantion about his endorsement to McCain, I just laughed ... The stupid idiot wants McCain to be president bacause he likes his personnality ... That is so true, Hollywood people knows nothing about politics !
