Sinister music plays....the lights dim....chains rattle and a scream is heard in the distance.

my guess is that the "shocking twist" will have somet to do with emeril either being entertaining for once (shock!) or emeril cooking somet that looks edible for a change (awe!)... at least it would be interesting then! but srsly, i can't wait to see what bravo's producers give us as a shocking twist, LOL.

Judging from an almost subliminal frame in the preview, Fabio mangles his knife hand in Episode 11. I predict he will leave, licking his wounds, and the return of Jamie to the game.
Also, I heard that the finale was filmed on Feb. 1 at John Besh's August in NOLA, and that the Top chef title winner scores a major upset.
